French Style Haddock

Ingredients
1 lb. smoked haddock fillets, skinned and halved
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. créme fraiche
fresh chopped chives
pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F,

2. Place fish in a baking dish. Add butter, milk, créme fraîche and seasoning.

3. Cover dish with foil and bake 15 min. Remove foil and bake 15 min. more.

4. Serve haddock with sauce from the baking dish, potatoes and spinach.
